What is the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method

The LSP® method is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique that transforms traditional “lean backward meetings” (where 20% of participants use 80% of the speaking time) into dynamic “lean forward meetings” where 100% of participants contribute 100% of their insights, knowledge, and commitment. By engaging participants in building three-dimensional LEGO® models in response to challenges, the method creates a universal language that enables everyone to contribute their insights regardless of position, education, or culture.
